Synopsis
El Cangrejo is not only the oldest bar in Barcelona but also a cultural icon of the drag community, where even during the years of the Franco dictatorship, there was a small exclave of joy, ecstasy, and alternative lifestyles. This documentary provides an insight into the world of drag show culture in Barcelona. The film focuses on the lives of the performers, showing them on stage and behind the scenes, as well as the challenges they face in their daily lives.
